Infinx, a leading Healthcare focused IT & BPO provider, has announced its acquisition of Critical Entry Data Systems, LLC (CEDS), a specialty service provider of billing services to the Institutional and Long Term Care Pharmacy market.
With this acquisition, Infinx has broadened its service offerings and strengthened its presence in Pharmacy Services.
The purchase of CEDS, based out in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, establishes Infinx as the leader in the Pharmacy Billing Services market. “The acquisition of CEDS would bring to Infinx extensive expertise in Pharmacy Billing Services and key customer relationships, which would benefit from Infinx’s broader service offerings in the healthcare segment”, commented Hiren Kulkarni, CEO Infinx.
Infinx will bring substantial value to the existing customers of CEDS through its broad portfolio of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Solutions, innovative Inventory Management Solutions and Finance and Accounting offerings.

The acquisition was accomplished through a subsidiary of Infinx – Critical Entry Data Systems, LLC (CEDS Nevada). All existing customers will continue to receive the same high quality of service from Infinx . CEDS Nevada and the acquired company are expected to operate independently.
Infinx Services based out of San Jose, California, is an Integrated IT & BPO provider with focus areas in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Product Development, Finance and Accounting services. It has development and delivery centers in four locations in India.
